Newcastle Landlord Conference 2025
We had a fantastic time at the Newcastle Landlord Conference 2025 on Wednesday 2nd April – big thanks to everyone who came along.
We were proud to host a stall and chat with so many of you throughout the day. It was great to answer your questions, and connect with both familiar faces and new ones in the community.
We’re already looking forward to the next one.
An amazing local company, GAP Group, (who are an authorised and approved treatment facility and licensed waste carrier specialists), are celebrating 20 years in style with the #AlbaTourDeFridge.
It’s a 4-day, 180-mile cycling journey from their Gateshead HQ to their brand-new GAP Alba plant in Perth, Scotland. It will be taking place from 20th–23rd May and – get this – they’ll be towing the very first fridge to commission the new site!
They’re doing it all to raise money for Changing Minds with Pick Up a Penny to support young people experiencing mental health challenges.
There are loads of ways to get involved – from sponsoring a rider, getting your logo on a jersey, or even taking part in the ride itself (places are limited). And of course, you can always show your support by making a donation or showing up to cheer them on.
