After more than 50 years of volunteering, Vincent finally hangs up his CII boots to play more squash!

The man on the left is the definition of a true professional and well, a legend.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr Vincent O’Sullivan ACII for over 30 years, and whilst he retired from paid work in the Insurance Industry some years ago, Vince has served voluntarily on Local Institute councils for over 50 years, and I had the pleasure of being at his last ever council meeting last Friday (19th May 2023) at the Botanist.

The Chartered Insurance Institute owes this man a lifetime of gratitude in my opinion, and whilst I will never be able to match his length of service, I shall always see him as a role model.

Happy 80th birthday Vince, enjoy more cycling and squash!
